If You Are Sentenced to Probation:

     It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure you fully understand all of the terms and conditions of your probation order.  Failure to comply with the orders of the court may result in the infraction of a violation hearing.  If you have any questions regarding the terms of your probation order, you should contact the probation officer promptly.

     You are required to contact the probation officer immediately if you have a change in address, telephone number, or employment status.

     If you are scheduled to report to the probation officer, it is important that you appear at the scheduled time and date.  Failure to report to the probation officer on a scheduled report date will likely be considered a violation of probation.
