Civil Process

 

Deputy McCormick serves Subpoenas. Small Claims, Summons & Complaint, Divorce Papers, Personal Protection Orders, Landlord Tenant/Evictions, Foreclosure Postings & Sales. and Garnishments. Deputy McCormick also conducts court ordered Immobilization of Vehicles. The Sheriff's Office no longer handles Execution orders.

Foreclosure sales are conducted on Tuesdays, at 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at the Huron County Building's front lobby, which is located on the second floor.
